Below is a brief out line on what each button on your editor manager does.

Open Page When you click this button all the pages you have created will appear in a drop down list. You then click on the page you want to edit and carry on. Please make sure that you have named all your pages so that you will be able to easily recognise which page is what.
Turn on the page editor. Activate Editable Areas You will see these areas as they are within a dashed line. When you click this button it will turn green and all your buttons will disappear apart from the save and save as buttons. You can therefore either save this page, or save it under another name for a different page
Save your changes
Save This button is crucial because is saves your changes. You do not need to upload anything, This little button will automatically upload your changes to your website instantly.
Create pages. Save Page As This button allows you to create as many pages as you wish. Simply save the page you are working on with a new name.
Insert paragraphs.
Paragraph This button inserts a paragraph line break
Turn your text bold. Bold This button turns your selected text bold (e.g. This button turns your selected text bold). If you do not like the bold you have done, select the text again, click on bold again and it will undo.
Turn your text into italics.
Italics This button turns your selected text into italics (e.g. This button turns your selected text into italics) If you do not like the italics you have done, select the text again, click on italics again and it will undo.
Underline your text.
Underline Text This button underlines your selected text (e.g. This button underlines your selected text). If you do not like the underlining you have done, select the text again, click on underline again and it will undo.
Undo your changes. Undo To restore the last editing operation that has taken place. For example, if a segment of text has been deleted or changed, performing an undo will restore the original text.
Re-do your changes Redo To reverse an undo operation.
Cut This cuts the selected text or image out of your page and places it on the clipboard on your computer. The clipboard is a reserved section of memory that is used as a temporary holding area for data that is copied or moved from one application to another using the copy and paste and cut and paste (move) menu options. Each time you transfer something into the clipboard, the previous contents are deleted. The clipboard serves as a behind-the-scenes function, holding its contents for pasting (inserting) into another application.
Copy Copy This copies selected text or images from anywhere and places it on your computers clipboard.
Paste. Paste This button will paste what is on your clipboard onto the page.
Left align your text. Left Align This button will put all your selected text or image to the left hand side.
Centralise your text.
Centre Align This button will centralise all your selected text or image.
Justify your text. Force Justify To align text evenly between left and right margins.
Right align your text.
Right Align This button will put your selected text or image over to the right hand side.
Outdent your text. A paragraph in which the first line is set to the left margin, but all subsequent lines are indented.
Indent your text. To align text some number of spaces to the right of the left margin
Create a numbered list.

  1. This button will create an ordered, numbered list of each new line that contains text

Create bullet points.

  • This button creates bullet points

Create a horizontal line. This button creates a horizontal line wherever the cursor is at
Put your text back to its original default font and  size. This button puts your text back to the original default font.
Remove the selected text or image. Removes the selected text or image.
Exit your page. This button exits you from the page you are editing.
Restore your previously saved page. Revert to Saved Page If you have got lost with all your changes on a page, this button will reload your previous saved page and allow you to start again.
Change the colour of your text. Text Colour (e.g. This button will change the colour of the selected text)
Text Background Colour (E.g. This button will change the background colour of the selected text.)
Create a Link You can add a link by selected text or an image and clicking this button.
Remove Link Removes a link from selected text or an image.
Insert an image. This button inserts an image into your page.

Please note that borders and alignment of text/images are all under your control. This table is just and example.
